Happy Valley?

As I was helping a customer today at work I noticed that they were from Happy Valley, Oregon. Happy Valley?! Its a real place! Provo can no longer claim that we are "Happy Valley" because as of 1965 Happy Valley, Oregon was founded! Who'd have thought?
