I'll admit...it's an adjustment

So we thought we were going to have a boy. Not that we particularly wanted a boy, we were just sure we were going to have one. Especially since the "pencil test" said it was going to be a boy and the pencil test is always right (do you sense some sarcasm?). So we've had to shift our thought process.

Brady said it perfectly when he said, "my dreams have changed from trucks, guns, and motorcycles to dolls, guns, and motorcycles."

Parenthood...here we come!

So cute Brady! Yes it seems like the Cutler girls still have a lot of guns and motorcycles around. They all seem to be the perfect mix of boy/girl for their dads! I am sorry the pencil lied. Apparently the administrator may be the one with the problem! :)

Brady, you dork...that sounds like something he would say. haha.
I thought you were going to have a boy too, but maybe I just wanted Jackson to have a playmate. Lucky for him, now he'll have a girlfriend!;) I can't wait to see her.

Rach-I'm so excited for you guys! What a lucky little girl---and it's good to know you're not taking out the gun aspect:)

I laughed out loud at Brady's comment. Too funny. He'll be a cute dad. And you, my dear, are SO CUTE PREGNANT! Adorable little baby bump and I love your haircut!

At the risk of seeming like a stalker (which I'm not) for reading your blog...I was absolutely positively convinced that we'd be having a girl and I had the perfect name picked out and finally found clothes I liked, but sure enough the ultrasound was all boy. I think I felt disappointed at first - but now I've gotten so used to talking about "him" and decorating a nursery in bright blues that I can't imagine having a girl at the moment! Now only 12 weeks left until I can finally MEET this very kick-ful baby...
