Two months - in bullet points

It's been awhile. So to update you quickly on my life...here it is....in bullet points.
  • I don't have the internet, as in, I can't get the internet! As in - I can only get dial-up. As in - I live in the middle of NO WHERE!! I know - that's reason enough to move.
  • Natalie is teething. I think. Do you ever really know with babies? Anyway, my precious perfect little 4 month old has turned into a whining, drooling, no-sleeping-through-the-night teething nightmare (ok that's a little harsh...I really do love her tons!)
  • I learned a song on the guitar. And I've been practicing.
  • I've been working on the marketing campaign for our new company. I'm so happy I kept my notes from college!! Wish you were here Katherine, Erika, Emily, and all my other advertising chums from BYU. It's been a lot of fun to actually use my degree. I'm lovin' it. (name that advertising campaign)...
Isn't she precious?

  • I'm still slowly (ever so slowly) dieting. More on that later I'm sure.
  • I have yet to post pictures of my house because I have been a little unsettled by it, but I'm beginning to like it more and more! I got new carpet in my bedroom and I love, love, LOVE it.
We love the new carpet!
  • We're in cherry harvest... I know...be jealous.
  • I've really enjoyed the beauty of where we live. Brady and I go on a walk at least once a week. It is very therapeutic.
  • I've been helping my dad with some work down at one of his companies...It's been good for us and the checkbook but I'm so glad I'm not a working mom!!
  • We pickled asparagus. It was pretty fun.
  • Natalie rolled over!! Both ways!! And she had rice cereal for the first time and loves it now. And she officially falls asleep to Baby Einstein Lullaby Time every time she watches it.
Her funny face. For about a week she made this face all the time. It was hilarious.
She's now moved on to other funny things.

Don't you love the facial hair? I'm trying to get him to shave but it's the first time (because of BYU and the mission) that he's been able to have one so he's a little stubborn.

Overall we've been extremely happy and we're thinking we're starting to like this new life. I don't know what we expected life would be like after BYU and graduation, but we're loving it. As long as we have each other (I know, I'm so sappy), and we're doing what we should, life is grand.

PS Yes, Natalie is still bald. :) Pig-tails are a far and distant dream.

Natalie is so cute! It cracks me up that first she wouldn't wear bows, and now she doesn't have hair to put pigtails in! All things girly have been pushed away by her! What a cutie though.

Your daughter is just beautiful! It is always fun to see what old friends are doing after college. I am sure you will always miss Independent Study but you look SO very happy! Good luck with the little one!

p.s. The always missing Independent Study statement was meant to be pretty sarcastic... dont know if that really came across! :)

I love her face! Carly told me about the no internet thing. That sucks. But it is really pretty!

Who is that grizzly bearded man next to you and the baby? Looks like he has been tipping back too much cider.

Good to hear! I am glad you guys are adjusting. It takes time. I think I will feel the same when we get there. And no worries about a bald baby, hair does come! That's good that you have a few work projects. I know I always enjoy having those.

We are excited to come visit you guys in August!

Drew and i both are laughing so hard at the picture of Natalie making that silly face. Chayse did something like that and that is where she ended up with the nickname Tilly. She is a doll. Dont get me started on dieting. We need to talk!!! :) we miss you!!!! By the way... we like the goat on Brady!

What mean "dial-up"? I do not understand these words. ;) Glad to hear an update! I'm happy to see things are going well! Other than that "dial up" nonsense. Psh.
