two months young

Natalie you are two months old! And guess what? You are almost grown out of your newborn clothes! We took you to the Doctor this week and you are almost 10 lbs now! What a big girl! You've got a small head and don't weigh much, but you are in the 86 percentile for height! Tall and skinny, who could ask for more!? You didn't like getting your immunizations too much but you sure liked the Tylenol afterwards :) I was so used to rocking you to keep you from fussing that day that I even rocked when I wasn't holding you at a primary activity later, how embarassing.



What a sweet baby girl you are! You are constantly making your dad and I laugh. Your latest trick is fussing a little in your swing or bouncer and then we'll go up to you to make sure everything is alright and you will give us a huge smile, arch your back, and lift your head up as if to say, "mom, dad, I'm so darn cute, you know you want to hold me." and we usually end up picking you up. So sneaky. You still aren't much of a "cry"er. Usually you fuss a little right before you want to eat and if you sit in a messy diaper. Besides that you are very content with life. One of your favorite pastimes is vomiting though, but we're learning to deal with it. It just means more laundry!! You've got beautiful blue eyes that are starting to sparkle more and more each day as you begin to see more clearly. You HATE wearing bows. It is very sad. You just shake your head until it falls over your eyes and then you scream until I take it off. The moment I take it off you smile and stop crying. What a little bugger. You're going to learn to love bows. You absolutely love you 'friend' (pacifier) though. He keeps you company when you're sad and calms you down when you're upset. What a good friend!



We are so excited for the upcoming months but I am truly loving being at home with you everyday. You're wonderful. We love you!
